Candidates need to meet certain criteria to be eligible if they want to appear in NDA 2 2024 exam.
Army wing: To join the Army Wing in NDA, you need to have passed the 12th class exam from a State Education Board or University from any subject.
Air Force and Naval Wings: You need to have passed class 12th exam with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
If you’re currently in 12th grade, you can also apply for this exam.
A citizen of India, or Nepal, or An individual origin from India who moved from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African Countries like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam, aiming to settle permanently in India.
Only unmarried male/female candidates of 16.5 to 19.5 years can apply for the exam.
Candidates must be physically fit to qualify for admission to the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination.
Candidates, except those falling under specific categories like SC/ST, females, and Wards of JCOs/NCOs/ORs who are exempt from fees, must pay a fee of Rs. 100.
Candidates should apply online at upsconline.nic.in. Before filling out the application, you must register on the One Time Registration (OTR) platform on the Commission’s website.
OTR registration only needs to be done once. If you’ve already registered, then you can go ahead and fill out the online application for the exam.
